All videos and streams are stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Stream.io infrastructure. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

30-Day Deletion Hold: When you request deletion of your content, we maintain a copy for a minimum of 30 days before permanent removal. This security measure is intentional and core to our platform's purpose: if someone gains unauthorized access to your phone or account, they should not be able to immediately erase evidence. This retention period protects your recordings even in worst-case scenarios.

We may also retain and use your information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Publicly shared videos may be retained indefinitely as part of the public record.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
