Account Creation

Audit America uses Google Sign-In (OAuth) for account creation and authentication. When you sign in with your Google account:

  • Your account is created automatically using your Google profile information
  • We store your name, email address, and profile picture from Google
  • No separate password is required or stored by Audit America
  • Your Google credentials remain secure and are never shared with us

Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your Audit America account and associated data. To delete your account, please follow these steps:

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to contact@leaphub.ai
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Audit America account
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
  • Your contact/friends list and notification preferences
  • Your session data and authentication tokens
  • Your recorded streams and videos (after retention period)

Data Retention Period

Important: For your security and protection, video recordings are retained for a minimum of 30 days after a deletion request before being permanently removed. This security measure ensures that if someone gains unauthorized access to your account, they cannot immediately erase evidence. After the 30-day period, all video content will be permanently deleted.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained even after account deletion:

  • Publicly shared videos may be retained as part of the public record
  • Data required for legal compliance or dispute resolution
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you

Delete Specific Data

You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account. This includes:

  • Individual video recordings
  • Location history from your streams
  • Contact/friends list

To request partial data deletion:

  1. Send an email to contact@leaphub.ai
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Specify which data you want deleted
  4. Include the email address associated with your account
